Child porn case by man who appeared as naked baby on Nirvana's album cover dismissed

A US court has dismissed the lawsuit against the 'Nirvana' by a 30-year-old man, who had appeared as a naked baby on the cover of the band's 'Nevermind' album in 1991. Claiming that he was sexually exploited as a child, Spencer Elden said the image, which features him swimming naked with his genitals visible, is child pornography.
