Dr. Udhaya M., MBA, SET, PGDCA, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Rathinam College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She possesses over one year of industrial experience and more than 17 years of dedicated teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her research interests lie in Finance and Human Resource Management, and she has published and presented several papers in reputed national, international, UGC-listed, and Scopus-indexed journals. She has also presented award-winning papers at international conferences in Tamil Nadu. Dr. Udhaya has authored books and contributed chapters to reputed publications, and has successfully organized various academic programmes, including international and national conferences, seminars, symposiums, and workshops. A recognized resource person, she has delivered lectures and training for both industrial and academic audiences. She is actively associated with Bharathiar University, handling MBA classes under the Distance Education Programme, and has served as an External Examiner and University Representative.
