Mr. Vinod has been working as a Librarian, in K.Narkhede Vidyalaya and Jr College, Bhusawal, a very renowned Educational Organization, since 1994. For nearly 3 decades now, he has stood as a beautiful bridge connecting students with the vast ocean of information and knowledge in his Library. Mr. Vinod has been successfully arranging Book Exhibition in his school every year, showcasing thousands of books. He operates a special Social Media Group, wherein he regularly shares all the Educational and Other Important Developments.
Apart from being very successful in imparting his duties, Vinod has been regularly taking part in various training and refresher courses to keep himself updated with the new developments and innovations in the field of library science. He was chosen as a Representative of Maharashtra State to attend a 10 Day Seminar at CCRT, NEW DELHI on School Library and Challenges, in 2015. He has also been a Trainer at a Workshop for ' Role of Librarians in the Qualitative Growth Through Education ', organised by Mumbai University in collaboration with N.K.T College, Mumbai.
He also took part in the State Level Workshop organised by Rambhau Mhalgi Pratisthan, Pune in 2018.
Vinod has been very closely associated with various organisations, working for the rights of his Fellow Librarians, at different levels.He is a Working Committee Member of School Library Association. He was elected as The State Vice President of the 'Maharashtra State Shikshak Parishad, Library Cell ' from 2019 to 2022.
He has been elected as the State Executive Chairman of the same Organisation for the period 2022 to 2025. A Very Humble and Silent Person that Vinod is, he has a Big Bunch of Awards and Honours, in appreciation of his Extraordinary Service at workplace and in the Society. I humbly submit that I am overwhelmed to receive this esteemed recognition and it proves that this Organisation is truly devoted to its cause, as you have appreciated a small worker, living in perhaps the farthest corner. It's a privilege to be receiving this Honour and I find myself short of words to express my gratitude. Rest assured that it has increased my responsibility manifolds. It further motivates me to do what I have been doing with a new zest.
