Receiving such an eminent title is not just an individual achievement but a collective triumph that represents the efforts of my mentors, students, and institutions that have shaped my journey.
Over the past 14 years of my academic and professional career, I have been driven by one core belief — education is not merely about imparting knowledge, but about inspiring transformation. My teaching philosophy has always centered around empowering students to think critically, explore their potential, and develop confidence in their own abilities. I consider every classroom session an opportunity to ignite curiosity and nurture growth.
Having taught over 3000 students across diverse levels — from HSC to professional courses like CA, CS, BBA, MBA, and M.Com — I have been privileged to witness the evolution of countless young minds. Whether as a Professor at Vishwakarma College of Arts Commerce and Science or Pune Cambridge Public School Junior College, Pune Cambridge Senior College and Pune Cambridge Institute of Management and Computer Application. I have always aimed to cultivate academic excellence with compassion and innovation.
Becoming an HSC Board Moderator within just three years, achieving distinction throughout my academic journey, and contributing research at the international level are milestones that reinforce my commitment to continuous growth. My journey is guided by a simple vision — to make learning a joyful, meaningful, and lifelong pursuit.
Receiving the Indian Icon Award is a milestone that reaffirms my purpose.
